Acceptance of Engagement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by Ephesus Strategic Data, located at Halaskargazi Cd. 200, Istanbul. By utilizing our data insights platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of the site immediately.
Intellectual Propriety
The methodologies, visualizations, and analytics frameworks displayed on this site are the exclusive property of Ephesus Strategic Data. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to view these materials for informational purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from:

Continuity & Uptime
We maintain our infrastructure to high standards but reserve the right to suspend access for maintenance or intelligence updates without prior notice.
Professional Use
Our tools are designed for professional strategic planning. Any use that disrupts service or targets other users is grounds for immediate termination.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Turkey, Ephesus Strategic Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our data insights products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption.
Our liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the platform during the three months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ephesus Strategic Data, its officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any third-party rights while using our platform.
Governance and Resolution
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled exclusively in the courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan).
Modification
Strategic environments evolve. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to maintain the intent of the agreement.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our analytics tools immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of terms.
